Chloë Seymore has bought, sold, and renovated properties from New York to North Carolina and brings more than two decades of art, design, and business experience to her career in real estate. The former owner of a well-respected contemporary-art gallery and successful art and design consultancy, Chloë has a well-trained eye for spotting value, understands the importance of thoughtful and thorough marketing, and has honed her ability as a negotiator and client advocate. As an early stakeholder and resident in downtown Durham, Chloë has a specific knowledge of properties in the historic city center and its surrounding neighborhoods. She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, and an active supporter of local arts non-profits like the Southern Documentary Fund, the Full Frame Film Festival, and the Nasher Museum of Art. Chloë and her husband live in their modernist dream house along with their son and two very pampered pets.
