Chloë Seymore brings more than a decade of art, design, and business experience to her career in real estate. She has been buying, selling, and renovating properties in New York and North Carolina for almost 20 years. The former owner of a well-respected contemporary-art gallery and successful art and design consultancy, Chloë has a well-trained eye for spotting value, understands the importance of thoughtful and thorough marketing, and has honed her ability as a negotiator and client advocate. As an early stakeholder and resident in downtown Durham, Chloë has a specific knowledge of properties in the historic city center and its surrounding neighborhoods. She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, and an active supporter of local arts non-profits like the Southern Documentary Fund, the Full Frame Film Festival, and the Nasher Museum of Art. Chloë and her husband are currently renovating their modernist dream house in Chapel Hill.
