Jerry brings considerable expertise and passion for sustainable design to his career in real estate. Thanks to his 20 years in architecture, facilities management, development, and LEED accreditation, he doesn’t just have significant professional experience. He also has a real understanding of the thoughtful and effective guidance his clients want and appreciate. Jerry received his master’s degree in architecture from The Catholic University of America, and then practiced in a Washington, DC architecture firm that focused on sustainable design for organizations such as Greenpeace, World Wildlife Fund, Conservation International, and the Audubon Society. When he became associate vice president for facilities operations at The Catholic University of America, he steered the university toward high-quality design and sustainable practices in construction, campus planning, facilities management, and energy management. After two decades in Washington, DC, Jerry settled in Durham, where he enjoys exploring the arts and cultural events available in the Bull City.
