As a lifelong athlete, coach and team leader, Allie's passion lies in guiding others with a sense of calm and ease, making sure everyone she works with feels seen, heard, and valued. Allie knows that it’s all about the relationships, and she brings that value to her work as an Agent Support Specialist at RED. An eclectic childhood full of exposure to the arts, architecture and residential construction instilled in her a lifelong interest in renovation, design and construction, making her a natural fit for RED Collective.
Allie has an academic background in art history, modern architecture, printmaking, and business, graduating from Mount Holyoke College. Among other athletic pursuits, she spent her high school and college years as a coxswain for rowing teams, leading her boats with the same skillset she now brings to her role as our Agent Support Specialist at RED. She is a lover of process…whether she’s creating an etching, planning a gala, training athletes for a marathon, or selling a house, she loves the many steps that combine together to make the whole.
A coach at her core, Allie relishes work that allows her to use her innate patience, diligence, vision, and attention to detail to help others achieve their goals, and she is proud to bring that passion to supporting our RED Collective team.
At RED, we feel it is important to stay engaged with our community. That is why we are committed to prioritizing volunteer opportunities and also offer a portion of our annual sales income to local nonprofits in the Triangle. Please contact us to learn more.Contact Us
