Chelsea’s affinity for real estate first sparked at a young age when her parents bought a 19th century colonial house that was in desperate need of TLC. Alongside her family she assisted with the demolition and renovation process, discovering the inner-mechanisms of what makes a home functional and livable. From there her fascination for both the structural and aesthetic sides of home development evolved in addition to her knack for home-improvement and restoration projects. In her late teens, she discovered her long-standing niche in the restaurant scene. Her tireless commitment and love of hospitality soon found her in various leadership roles, assisting with openings of a handful of award-winning Boston restaurants. Upon moving to Durham, she has enjoyed her time inventing cocktails as a bar manager and consultant. Years of creating memorable and finely-tailored guest experiences combined with her eye for a house with “great bones” are what make Chelsea the thorough, warm, and enthusiastic Real Estate Broker she is today. Chelsea lives in North Durham with her husband and their handsome shepherd mix. There, she enjoys working on furniture restoration projects, plucking guitar strings, and mixing tasty cocktails.
